Refund policy

Every piece we sell is second-hand and one of one. There is only one of each, in the size and condition shown, and once it goes it does not come back. Please read below for more information on our terms and policies.

Returns

If a piece arrives and it is not what was described, such as a flaw we missed, measurements that do not match, or the wrong item, please message us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right with a full refund if the mistake was on our end.

Other than those exceptions, all sales are final. These are one-of-one archive pieces which we are not guaranteed to come across again, and the price reflects that. Please use the measurements and ask questions before buying, we are always happy to answer questions or concerns anytime.

Returns accepted under the above terms are refunded by the same route you paid, only once the piece is back with us in the same condition it was sent.
